Hi, Just wondering whether there is any way to include a mask in the registration process. I have an average brain template, and a mask defining the brain. Is there a way to provide a mask to the registration process to prevent pixels outside the mask contributing to the cost functions? I can't yet see anywhere to do this. Thanks
