My question is about the detail of the algorithm of κVMRFOE in paper<<Vectorial scale-based fuzzy connected image segmentation>>.
 
In the third section of this paper ,i learnd the algorithm κVMRFOE .
 
my question is :
 (1)before the computation Fuzzy κ-connectedness of spel c,the
 Fuzzy κ-connectedness of the four neighbour spels of spel c must be computed ,i didnot know how did the way to compute the Fuzzy κ-connectedness of four neighbour spels of spel c .
