Hi Rupert,
Thanks for the iterator contributions. They were committed earlier today
along with the test you provided.
They should appear on the doxygen tomorrow as
ImageRandomNonRepeatingConstIteratorWithIndex and
ImageRandomNonRepeatingIteratorWithIndex
Please let us know if you would like any additional credits /
corrections etc metioned on it.
