[Insight-users] Quick evaluation of registration algorithms and parameters

 Hi,

 I am pretty new to ITK. After going through the manual and examples, I
wanted to test different optimization algorithms and parameters for
registration of two medical volumes.

 Is there some _easy_ way to:
*Plot the evolution of the similarity measure with the iterations
*Visualize/navigate through fused intermediate&final results of the
registration
*Do both in a quite iterative way (to test it within a range of values for
given parameters)

 Besides, is there maybe some program available which opens a couple of
images, allows choosing among all possible algorithms and parameters from
the ITK library, and computes the registration? This would be really helpful
in order to find quickly the right algorithm and parameters.
