[Insight-users] IntensityBased2D3DRegistration question

Hi everybody,
I am a  novice at itk .
I have recently download InsightToolkit-1.8.0 and compiled it on a Windows XP platform using CMake and VC++6 .
 
I want to test the IntensityBased2D3DRegistration,but the question is:

I cannot go on my testing. 
 
I am eager to know why?
