Hi Hendrik,

Thanks for pointing this out.


We just uploaded the Doxygen documentation to Sourceforge.
You will be able to access it from the ITK Download page,

      http://www.itk.org/HTML/Download.php


or directly by going to "InsightToolkit" in Sourceforge.

      http://sourceforge.net/projects/itk/


Note that this documentation is using the Doxygen style that
we updated yesterday, so it will look different than the usual
HTML pages. The class diagrams are now using a more formal
UML notation.
