[Insight-users] Algo for Dicom Segmentation

hi,

I am currently working on a project where i need to segment the DICOM 
images.  I have read the chapter on segmentation in ITK software guide. 
It mentions many algorithms but i am unable to decide which one will be 
better for my project. Can anybody suggest me the best algorithm which i 
can use for my application..
