[Insight-users] Memory acces violation with VTK4.4, ITK2 and ITK2-Apps

Hi there,

I'm now running Ubuntu Linux 4.1 and everything
compiles fine (VTK4.4, ITK2 and ITK2-Apps).
But when I run Example Applications, like InsightSNAP,
I get the error message: "memory access violation"
after a short appearance of some GUI forms. This
obviously only happens with applications that use
VTK4.4.

Strangely enough, when I use the prebuild VTK 4.2 for
Ubuntu, everything works flawless.

Unfortunately, I can't give a more precise error
message, because that's all that's appearing.

I uninstalled VTK4.2, installed VTK4.4 in
/usr/local/lib/vtk and added the path to ldconfig.

Has anybody experienced something similar?
