[Insight-users] Interactive mesh to polydata conversion?

Hi,
 
            I have read several posts about the conversion of a itk mesh
to vtk polydata. My question is: if my mesh changes in itk, will it be
possible to convert the mesh to vtk at interactive rates? Say that the
mesh has 10K vertices and is three dimensional.
