[Insight-users] Image pyramids for vector-valued images?

Hello,

It seems as if the image pyramid classes only work for real-valued 
images. Has anyone succeeded in modifying 
itk::MultiResolutionImagePyramidFilter to work with Vector-pixeled 
images? Are there any particular caveats involved if I'm trying to make 
a pyramid from a gradient image (which will be an advection image for a 
multi-resolution level set scheme)?
