hi,

I never used it but I guess what you need is the JoinSeriesImageFilter.

Btw. the itk documentation really rules, since e.g. the
JoinSeriesImageFilter is just two clicks away from the
ExtractImageFilter via the Geometric Transformation Filters group ...
