[Insight-users] about extracting surface

Hi,

I use level set filter to segment the brain out of the skin. I need to get the surface of the segmented brain. The ITKsoftwareguide says that the best discrete representation of the surface is the set of the grids closest to the zero-crossings. However, I think the result of marching cube may be better.
