[Insight-users] Re: Can not find MFC42D.dll

I built the 2.0.1 version of ITK on Redhat Linux - no problems. But

make install

seems to do nothing. I checked the permissions, etc and they are all
fine and there are no errors from this command - in fact it says it
has installed all the files in the target directory. I am puzzled.
