[Insight-users] using level set to segment the overall brain

Hi,

I want to use the Level set to segment the brain. I read the ITKsoftwareGuide and found the examples only can segment the white matter,gray matter or ventricle respectively. I need to know if this method can segment all the brain which include the gray matter, white matter and so on.
