[Insight-users] fatal error C1001 while compiling ITK2.0.1

When I tried to compile ITK2.0.1 with VC6 (with SP5), I ended up with
such a error
D:\programming\itk\Code\Numerics\FEM\itkFEMLoadElementBase.cxx(70) :
fatal error C1001: INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR
  (compiler file 'E:\9044\vc98\p2\src\P2\main.c', line 181)

Is there anyone met the same problem? And how can I get rid of this?
