Hi Yasser,

You will find an example on how to use the GLSliceViewer
for overlapping an image and its segmentation in the
following program in InsightApplications:


       InsightApplications/
                 RegionGrowingSegmentation


If you are using VTK for display, you can simply use the
Blend filter, as illustrated in the application:

       InsightApplications/
                 LiverTumorSegmentation
