Hi Indian,
Welcome to ITK !
You will find in ITK the image registration methods
that you need for aligning your images.
Just get confortable, grab a cup of coffee and start
by reading the ITK Software Guide

In particular you must read the Image Registration
Chapter 8, pdf-pages 311-472:
and you must read the section on image resampling:
Section 6.9, pdf-page 245-271.
For information on how to read your DICOM images,
you should read Chapter 7, pdf-page 279-310. In
particular you will find interesing section 7.10
in pdf-page 301.
For an smooth introduction to ITK you must read
the tutorial sessions:
