[Insight-users] isolated connected 3D image segmentation

hi all

i am working to segment a 3D analyze data( converted from dicom series) with
the isolated conneted segmentation algorithm.
which paramterers do i need to change. I changed the image dimensions to #D/
do i also need to shange the seed point like X1 Y1 and Z1
