[Insight-users] some questions about Demons filter

Dear all, 

 

My name is Borja Rodríguez and I’m working in the Bioengineering and Telemedicine Group of Polytechnic University of Madrid in non-rigid registration for radiotherapy monitoring of prostate tumours.

 

I have been developing a deformable registration application which uses itkDemonsRegistrationFilter, among others filter of ITK and I have some questions:

 

-         Has anybody validated in some way the implementation of Demons registration filter of ITK?

-         In case of somebody did, do you know how has it been validated?. Could any of you send me any reference about the methodology?
