[Insight-users] visualization for 3D segmented itk analyze volume

Hi Ilker,

Please look closer to the examples in InsightApplications.

There are multiple instances of applications that use VTK
in order visualize segmentation results, and they are not
limited to 2D.

In particular, you should look at the examples in

    InsightApplications/Auxiliary/vtk/
        itkReadITKImage3DSegmentShowVTK.cxx
        itkReadITKImageSegmentShowVTK.cxx
        itkReadITKImageShowSplineVTK.cxx
        itkReadITKImageShowVTK.cxx
