[Insight-users] Runtime error with VC8 Express

Hi there,

compiling ITK2.2 with VC8 Express went smoothly, but
when running e.g. DicomImageReadWrite, I get the
following Runtime error:

Debug assertion failed! 
Program:
C:\Programming\ITK2-Bin\bin\DicomImageReadWrite.exe
File: J:\Programme\Microsoft Visual Studio
8\Vc\include\vector Line: 756
Expression vector subscript out of range.

This actually happens in line 213, when
writer1->Update() is called. I've encountered this
problem only on the Windows platform and so far with
shared libs turned on. Now this even happens with
static libs turned on.

Any help is appreciated very much.
