Hi Arash,
Thank you for your reply. Actually, I have already tried this but it didn't
help. What help were actually the changes to the regedit as suggested in the
included mail below.

Hi Aneta,
This works for me in VS2003. Open the registry editor and search for this
path :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Visual Studio\7.1\Languages\File
Extensions\
Add a new registry key with the name .txx
Change the value to match that of the .cxx key
Maybe you need to restart or at least close the VS

In VC8 you can choose tools-options-projects and solutions-VC++ Project
Settings and modify the field "C/C++ Extensions"
