[Insight-users] read corrdinate and write it to DICOM

Hi,everybody:

I want to read a file that containing coordinate position(the example as below),
and then transform it to DICOM.

I have read the softwareguide , but not have see any skill or template
for this demand.
Have any expert can give me some  idea or method ?
