[Insight-users] How to use itkMidsaggitalPlaneExtraction

Dear ITK community,

I'm wondering about the correct usage of the itkMidsaggitalPlaneExtraction. 
Neither the filter class nor the parameters are well documented. I also 
didn't found anything about this filter in the Wiki. Has somebody of you 
already used this filter and could explain it to me, maybe in combination 
with a short source code example?
