[Insight-users] problem building ITK 2.2 on cygwin (ld segmentationfault)

just had another one:
cd Examples
make
<snip>
Building executable /home/kris/MyDocuments/devel/ITK/ITK-bin-dev/bin/RegistrationExamples5.exe...
collect2: ld terminated with signal 11 [Segmentation fault], core dumped

 
And I forgot to say that I used all default options for ccmake, so no shared libs, and
CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE:STRING=

I'm trying to install ITK 2.2 on a fairly recent cygwin installation (cygwin 1.5.18-1, gcc 3.4.4-1, binutils 20050610-1, cmake 2.0.6-1, none of which have any updates available via cygwin's setup) running on top of XP sp2. I've used ccmake to do the configuration. 

I get the following error:
Building executable /home/kris/MyDocuments/devel/ITK/ITK-bin-dev/bin/itkCommonTests.exe...
collect2: ld terminated with signal 11 [Segmentation fault], core dumped
 
 
I seem to be able to build the Examples and most other stuff (I'm not really sure as the top-level Makefile aborts after the above error obviously).
 
Any suggestions?
