[Insight-users] cmake-vtk qn.

I am  a little puzzled by how the VTK_DIR and  ITK_DIR variables
are used by cmake to find the locations of the toolkits (libraries,
includes). I have it all working, but I would like to understand
how the USE_VTK_FILE variable is understood by Cmake to find
the libraries and include files. I dont know enough of Cmake
at this point.
