[Insight-users] Reading Dicom PET signed image

    Hello ITK users,
I'm trying to read a dicom PET image that contains 16bits signed values
and I've a strange output image. I use GDCMImageIO and declare a "signed 
short" itkImage.
I've tried to dump the min and max values :
     dcmtk says min value (0028|0106) = -5276
     gdcm  says min value (0028|0106) = 60260 !!
    max values are the same : 32767.
