Hi All.,
I upgraded my vtk 4.2 to vtk 5  also itk from 1.6 to
2.4.1 , I can't find the connection files that I was
used before 
1- itkImageToVTKImageFilter.h  .txx
2-itkvtkimagetoimagefilter.h   and .txx
Should I used a new files instead? And put them in my
working directory?
