Hi Corina,

The vtkProcrustesAlignment filter

http://www.vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/classvtkProcrustesAlignmentFilter.html

is equivalent to the ITK Landmark Based Transform initializer
class:

http://www.itk.org/Insight/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1LandmarkBasedTransformInitializer.html

There is no need for you to convert your ITK point set into
a VTK point set.


If you still find a reason for such conversion, you will
find examples in the directory:


      InsightApplications/Auxiliary/vtk
