[Insight-users] DicomImageReadChangeHeaderWrite doesn't change header values

Hi,

I am trying out DicomImageReadChangeHeaderWrite in Insight/Examples/IO.

It is not changing the header entries of the output dicom file.  I am 
running it with command line input arguments:

InImage.dcm Out.dcm "0008|0012" 22220202

which should change the "Instance Creation Date" value to 22220202.  
Nothing changes.  I also tried to input the date as a string, still 
nothing changes.
InImage.dcm Out.dcm "0008|0012" "22220202"

 Could someone help me out with this?
