[Insight-users] DicomImageReadChangeHeaderWrite doesn't change header values

Yes, I realize that, now, it is not one to be changed.  At first I was 
just trying to change a random item in the header entry and figure out 
how things work.  I picked the wrong one for the experiment.  It does 
work for other entries.
