[Insight-users] ITK: Automated Corpus Callosum Segmentation

Hi ITKers,

My name is Flavio, master of sciente student at Universidade Federal
Fluminense - Brazil. My concentration area is related to image processing
applied to health area. The objective is getting the automated corpus callosum segmentation so as to identify patients with multiple-sclerosis disorder.

Does anyone know an implementation by ITK?

I would appreciate any suggestion.
