[Insight-users] optimization question

Hi,

I would like to optimize a general function which is a sum of two terms:
 (1) metric value calculated from two images,  and (2) a potential energy
term, say k1*x*x+k2*y*y.  My goal is to optimize this function. How can I do
that in ITK? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
