[Insight-users] How to get SOViewer ?

Hi,Mathieu:
Thanks for your help,I get the source code now.
But when I build it with VC 6.0, it has three error as below:

Is it meaning that my VKT or FLTK is not correct?
Else,if I want to buid an integrated environment with ITK,VTK,FLTK and
SOViewer,
What cache value I should do that when I building ITK,VTK,FLTK and SOViewer
with CMake?
