[Insight-users] GetAppearanceSettings() is not defined in SNAP

Dear Itk users,
I find that     m_ParentUI->GetAppearanceSettings() is called many times in
SNAP, such as GenericSliceWindow class, and other classes.
But GetAppearanceSettings() is not defined in UserInterfaceLogic, or its
parent class. Why it is called directly in other classes?

Or it is one function of fltk classes?

Could some one tell me why?
