My two bits is that sometimes the inheritance/collaboration graphs  
for common base classes (etc.) can get so huge (22000x6000 pixels in  
one case!) that they bring my web browser to its knees. So limiting  
the size of these graphs is, IMO, a necessity for them to be useful.  
If there's a better way to limit the size than restricting how far up  
the inheritance chain they go, then that's a start. In any case, I  
think these diagrams have to be pretty small to be useful.

Just my thoughts though.
