Hi Yan,

* Do you want the polygon to be convex ?

* Do you want it to include all your points as vertices ?

* Could the convex hull of the points work for you ?



You may want to take a look at the vtkHull class
http://www.vtk.org/doc/release/4.0/html/classvtkHull.html

and vtkDelaunay2D
http://www.vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/classvtkDelaunay2D.html


Note that these are VTK classes.

We don't have equivalents in ITK yet.
