[Insight-users] Problem with ElasticBodySplineKernelTransform

Thanks for you additional details.

There is no reason for the output to be different, if you run
the ResampleImageFilter twice with the *EXACT* same input
*AND* parameters. The same applies to all other ITK filters.

Please post to the list a minimal example of your code where
we could reproduce the observation that you are reporting.
