[Insight-users] Cluster question.

Hi-

I noticed that when trying to register large 3D images (400 x 400 x 800),
using the multi-Resolution MI registration, I always seem to run out of
memory no matter what I do. I was wondering if anyone knew of a solution,
perhaps clustering, or an iterative method for registering large images?
