[Insight-users] MINC2.0 support for ITK

Hi everyone,

I have just submitted a "NEW" revision to MINC2.0 IO support for ITK to
the Insight Journal.

I have really tried very very hard to include everything needed
including the source of all external libraries!!!!

Further, I have tested (linux 32 bit --> ubuntu) everything with a new
cvs version of ITK just today so there should be no problems.

One word of caution, even though I have included a windows installer for
windows users, I DO NOT build itk on windows so if you are using windows
be aware that there might be a problem and you are responsible to fix it
and also let me know the changes.
