[Insight-users] problems with Insight Journal submission

Hi,

I was trying to submit a filter to InsightJournal, but I got the error msg:
DSpace at Kitware  >
Error: Document Not Found

The document you are trying to access has not been found on the server.

Go to the DSpace home page

 It happened when I tried during the Confirm step.
