Hi Riccio,

If you are not using this for planning a surgery,
then you can simply use the sacrilegious filter:

http://www.itk.org/Insight/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1ChangeInformationImageFilter.html

If you are doing this for a planning a surgery, then
you better get a good lawyer before using this filter.
