[Insight-users] evaluate the intensity based and feature based registration?

HI all:
I am write two version(intensity/feature based) registration program.
But I don't know how to compare these two system result.
One is the metric value(intensity) and one is feature set alignment error.
How to convert one system to other?
Does ITK have tool to compute this issue?
