[Insight-users] 1D fourier transform

Dear all,

I want to do the following appication using ITK.

I have a 2D image and want to do  fourier transform in the following
manner:

For each row grey values do the 1D fourier transform or
For each column grey values do the 1D fourier transform.

And the output is a 2D images  or just 2D array data
in frequency space.

How can I do that in ITK?

Any suggestion would be much appreciated.
