[Insight-users] itkImageToVTKImageFilter.h not found in itk-binary

hi, all
I am trying to use the itkImageToVTKImageFilter but the cmake give me
the following error:

itkImageToVTKImageFilter.h: No such file or directory

I checked and see that the itkImageToVTKImageFilter.h is located in
the InsightToolkit-2.4.0, not in the build tree. Is there something I
configure wrong in cmake such that some part is not built? Thanks for
you suggestions. I am using itk2.4.0 and fedora 3.
