[Insight-users] Example on connecting ITK and VTK pipelines

Dear Sir or Madam
 
I just wonder if there is an example about connecting ITK pipeline with VTK pipeline. I tried to use itkVTKImageExport, however, it seems there are some unsovled references during linkage even with following header files included:    #include "itkImageFileReader.h"    #include "itkVTKImageExport.h"    #include "itkVTKImageIO.h"
