[Insight-users] non uniform BSpline deformable transform

Hi,

Does anybody know if there is a non-uniform BSpline deformable transform in
ITK? We all know that the BSpline grids are uniform. What do I do if I want
to replace some standard grid points with points of interest of my own?
Thanks for any hints on this matter.
