I want to create a BSpline grid such that the user can input a set of points
that lie on the BSpline grid (i.e., they are a subset of the nodes of a
BSpline grid). Such a grid cannot be a regular grid since a set of user
defined points will not in general lie on a regular grid. Then, I want to
perform a deformable registration perhaps using the
BSplineDeformableTransform. Can
itk::NonUniformBSpline< TDimension >
be used for creating such a grid using user input node coordinates? Are
there any examples that use this class?
Thanks for any suggestions.
Srijit.
