I guess you can find what you are looking for in InsightApplication.
Especially, /auxiliary contains itkMeshToVTKPolydata classes that will
let you use VTK for visualisation.
you can also take a look at the fltkvtkrenderwindow (I m not sure about
the name) if you wanna use that visualisation within FLTK.
