[Insight-users] Using ITK with Qt4

Does anyone know of a good tutorial (not just example code, although I'd 
take that too) for getting some simple display/control functionality 
going between ITK, Qt4 and possibly VTK.  The QtITK example in 
InsightApplications does not work with or use methods from v4, just 
3.x.  I've looked at MITK, but that also lacks support for v4.  All I 
really need to do is show some before, after and intermediate images and 
maybe have a GO button.  Nothing too polished, just something to show my 
adviser what I've been up to.  Any input is appreciated.
